Welcome to BigWorks Social (the "Service"), a social-media scheduling and publishing platform operated by BigWorks at https://social.bigworks.com.br (the "Site"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site and the Service. By creating an account, connecting a social network, or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by BigWorks ("BigWorks", "we", "us" or "our"), a Brazilian software studio. References to "BigWorks" in these Terms mean the entity responsible for hosting, operating and maintaining this instance at social.bigworks.com.br.

BigWorks Social lets authorised users connect social-media accounts and schedule, publish and manage content across supported channels, including without limitation Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and others made available in the interface.
This instance is used by BigWorks to operate its own social-media properties (including editorial content such as the @prompt.do.dia carousel). Access is limited to authorised BigWorks team members unless we explicitly grant access to a third party.
We may add, change, suspend or remove features or integrations at any time, including when a third-party platform changes or revokes API access.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of entering a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for all activity under your account, and for keeping account information accurate. Notify us promptly at lgpd@bigworks.com.br if you suspect unauthorised access.
"Your Content" means text, images, video, audio, links, metadata, schedules and other materials you upload to or transmit through the Service. You retain ownership of Your Content.
You grant BigWorks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display and distribute Your Content solely to operate the Service, including publishing it to the third-party platforms you connect.
You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to Your Content; that publishing it through connected platforms does not infringe any third-party right; and that Your Content complies with these Terms, applicable law and the terms of every platform to which it is published.
You are solely responsible for the content you publish. BigWorks does not endorse user content and is not liable for content you post through the Service.

The Service publishes Your Content to third-party platforms only after you authenticate your account and authorise BigWorks Social to act on your behalf.
BigWorks holds the developer applications and OAuth registrations that enable these integrations. Your use of any connected platform is also governed by that platform's terms and privacy policy, including:
You can revoke BigWorks Social's access at any time from your account settings in the Service or directly on the platform's app-permissions page. Revoking access stops future scheduled posts to that platform.
BigWorks is not responsible for the availability, policies, moderation decisions, account suspensions or API changes of any third-party platform.
When you connect a TikTok account, you authorise the Service to obtain OAuth access and refresh tokens with the scopes you approve, to read account metadata needed for publishing, and to publish photos and videos to your TikTok account on your instructions.
Publishing through TikTok's Content Posting API is subject to TikTok's developer policies, audit requirements and rate limits. Until TikTok approves the connected application for public posting, posts may be limited (for example to private or self-only visibility). You acknowledge those platform-side limits are outside BigWorks' control.
The Service may offer optional AI-assisted features. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI output before publishing and for complying with applicable law and platform rules.
The Service, the Site and all software, designs, text, graphics, logos and other materials provided by BigWorks (excluding Your Content) are owned by BigWorks or its licensors. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.
Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You may disconnect platforms and stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, use the Service in a way that exposes BigWorks or a third-party platform to legal or security risk, or where required by law.
On termination your right to access the Service ends. We may delete Your Content and account data after the retention periods described in the Privacy Policy. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including content licence, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) survive.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that scheduled posts will always be delivered on time, that connected platforms will accept them, or that analytics from third-party platforms will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BigWorks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service.
BigWorks' aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed BRL 500, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BigWorks from claims, liabilities, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or any third-party platform's terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Courts in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
